2. Packing and Transportation

• Our team will handle packing and transportation with care. However, we are not responsible for damage caused due to poor packaging done by the client.

• Clients are advised to oversee packing of fragile or valuable items.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All quotations are provided based on the information shared by the client and are subject to revision upon inspection.

• Additional charges may apply for extra labor, delay in loading/unloading, or relocation to floors without lift access.

• Full payment must be made as agreed, either in advance or at the time of delivery.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled move.

• No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

• Any advance payment is non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

5. Delays and Liability

• While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the goods or as per applicable insurance, if opted by the customer.

6. Insurance

• We strongly recommend availing insurance for valuable goods.

• We do not cover any damages unless insurance is taken. Claims must be filed directly with the insurance provider.

7. Prohibited Items

• We do not transport illegal items, perishable goods, flammable substances, or hazardous materials.

• Any violation of this may result in service termination without refund.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure proper access at both pickup and drop locations.

• Secure all personal valuables (jewelry, cash, documents) before the move. We are not liable for any missing items.

9. Website Use

• Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms
